Enroll the device by providing user credentials
Admin can mark make the device must prompt to enter for user credentials during seting up. This is useful if the admin doesn't want a specific pre-defined association of a user with a specific device serial. Admin can provide any purchased device to any user and the user to device association with be made using the initial device setting up (during Apple setup assistant after a factory reset)
