Installing and setting up snappy-java

WSO2 IoT Server's analytics profile runs on WSO2 Data Analytics Server (DAS) that uses Apache Spark for batch analytics. Therefore, you need to install snappy-java as it is a prerequisite when using Spark in Windows. Else, you will run into a NoClassDefFoundError error when starting WSO2 IoT Server. |
- Download the
snappy-java_1.1.1.7.jarfrom here. - Copy the jar to
<IOTS_HOME>\libdirectory. - If WSO2 IoT Server is currently running, restart it to apply the changes.
