Mobile Connect works differently from a technical perspective and from the perspective of a consumer.
Technical perspective
The sequence above depicts the flow of actions from a technical perspective, or the perspective of someone who is setting this up.
- Consumer requests for authentication using Mobile Connect.
- The application or Web service connects with the discovery service and finds the local mobile operator.
- The application or Web service asks the mobile operator to authenticate the user.
- The user is authenticated via the mobile and is able to access the services from the device.
