The FreshDesk connector allows you to access the FreshDesk REST API through WSO2 ESB. FreshDesk is cloud-based customer support platform that lets you provide great customer support through traditional channels like the phone, email, and social channels.

Getting started

To get started, go to /wiki/spaces/CONNECTORS/pages/48464923Configuring FreshDesk Operations. Once you have completed your configurations, you can perform various operations with the connector.

To download the connector, go to https://store.wso2.com/store/assets/esbconnector/freshdesk, and click Download Connector. Then you can add and enable the connector in your ESB instance.
