Follow these instructions to install WSO2 ESB on Windows. Alternatively, you can install it as a Windows service.

- Ensure that your system meets the Installation Prerequisites Java Development Kit (JDK) is essential to run the product.
- Ensure that the
PATHenvironment variable is set to "C:\Windows\System32", because thefindstrWindows .exe file is stored in this path.
Installing the ESB
- If you have not done so already, download the latest version of the ESB as described in Downloading the Product .
Extract the archive file to a dedicated directory for the ESB, which will hereafter be referred to as
<PRODUCT_HOME>.
