  1. Click the Main tab on the Management Console and then go to Manage -> Message Processors. The Manage Message Processors screen appears.
  2. Click the Activate or Deactivate link next to the message processor whose status that you want to change, and then click need to activate or deactivate. A confirmation message appears.
  3. Click Yes to confirm and apply the change.
