With WSO2 BAM 2.0.0, three default tool boxes are offered. Out of them, the service statistics toolbox has more generic use, whereas the other two address specific use cases.
- Phone Retail Store Toolbox: A toolbox with necessary artifacts (analytic scripts, visualization gadgets etc.) intended to monitor key performance indicators of a sample phone retail store. This sample scenario is demonstrated in KPI Monitoring Samplekey Performance Indicators. It is only an example scenario and may not be applicable for more generic use.
- HTTPD Logs Analysis Toolbox: A toolbox with necessary artifacts (analytic scripts, visualization gadgets etc.) intended to demonstrate the capability of WSO2 BAM to analyze raw httpd logs and produce useful analytics. This sample scenario is demonstrated in Analysing HTTPD Logs Analysis Sample. It is only an example scenario and may not be applicable for more generic use.

Toolboxes comes with BAM are using embedded H2 database to persist summarized data, also out of the box they only work for default bam installation. Therefore if you changed the default settings(port offset and h2 database), you have to change hive script accordingly. eg:- If BAM server offset=1, you should update the script as, "cassandra.port" = "9161" |
