What's new in this release?
WSO2 DS version 2.0.0 is is the successor of WSO2 UES 1.0.0 and it is a complete rewrite of the analytics solution based on the latest technologies. Some of the prominent features and enhancements are as follows:
- Ability to add any amount of pages to a dashboard.
- Introduction of gadgets full screen view.
- Enable users to add their own dashboard theme, and customize their dashboard.
- Customize dashboard banner and personalize the visualization.
- Role based access control to the dashboards.
- Introduction of anonymous view for the dashboard.
- Pub-sub model support with UI configuration option, which enables gadgets to be added with the drill down capability and related gadgets to be updated with the generated output within the same dashboard.
- Personalized view of the dashboard, where the look and feel of the dashboard could be customized for each user without affecting the original view of the dashboard.
- Gadget personalization, where the settings of the gadget can be personalized for every user without affecting the default settings of the gadgets.
- Support for user oriented gadgets, where the gadget’s behavior can be adopted based on the user who is logged into WSO2 DS.
- Mobile view support for dashboards.
- Support to retrieve the SAML and OAUTH token, and use it within a gadget.
- SSO integration with Identity providers such as WSO2 Identity Server.
Compatible versions
