- Log on to the product's Management Console.
- On the Configure menu, click Features.
- Click on Repository Management.
The Manage Repository Repositories page will appearappears, which allows you to view or modify the feature management settings.
Adding a repository
- Access the available repositories list.
- Click Add Repository.
- Provide a convenient name for the repository being added.
- Enter the repository location using one of the following methods:
- URL - this option is used when you are adding an external repository.
- Select the URL option.
Enter the Equinox P2 repository URL.
Info The official WSO2 Carbon features are available in Equinox P2 repository at: http://dist.wso2.org/p2/carbon/releases. WSO2 Application Server 5.2.0 is based on WSO2 Carbon 4.2.0. Therefore, the P2 feature repository 4.2.0 is the earliest, compatible version.
Equinox P2 provides provisioning technology for OSGi-based applications such as WSO2 Carbon.
- Location - this option is used when you are adding a repository that you have downloaded to your computer.
- Select the Local option.
- Enter the directory path of the repository on your local machine.
- URL - this option is used when you are adding an external repository.
- Click Add. The newly added repository will appear in the available repositories list.
Editing a repository
- Access the available repositories list.
- Click Edit corresponding to the repository that you wish to modify.
- You can specify a new repository name.
