Following instructions demonstrate how to change the logged-in user's password through Identity Server Management Console.

 

1.Sign in.

Enter your user name and password to log on to the Management Console.

 

2. Main Menu

    Main Menu contains the Main,Monitor,Configuration sections

Click the "Configure" button to access the "Configure" menu.

  click the "Users and Roles" button to access the "User Management" page.

Click on the "Change My Password" link.

 

5. Change Password window

Clicking on "Change" button by populating the required fields replaces the current password with new password.

If you have forgotten your current password, please contact your administrator, who can reset it without the current password.

 

6.Change Password Confirmation

A notification informs you that the current user's password has been changed. Click "OK."

 You can change your password or reset another user's password (if you have administrative privileges) using the management console. 

  1. On the Configure tab in the management console, click Users and Roles.Image Added
  2. To change your own password, click Change My Password, enter your current password and new password, and click Change.
  3. If you are an admin user and need to change another user's password (such as if they have forgotten their current password and need you to reset it), do the following:
    1. Click Users.
    2. Find the user's account on the Users screen and click Change Password in the Actions column.
    3. Enter a new temporary password and click Change.
    4. Inform the user of their new temporary password and instruct them to log in and change it as soon as possible.
