Follow the instructions below to add the general settings:

  1. On the Configurations tab in the EMM Console, click Settings.
  2. Enter the following general settings:
    Note that the mandatory fields have been marked with red asterisks.
    • Company name - The name of the organization using WSO2 EMM.
    • Browser title - This is the text that appears as the caption of the browser tab (See the image below).
    • Copyright Footer Text - This is the text with regard to the copyrights that appear at the bottom of each interface (See the image below).
    • Email Configurations - The following configurations need to be added to configure the tenant's email.
      • Host - The address of the host server.
      • Port - The host server port that is open for communication.
      • Username - Username of the mentioned host server.
      • Password - Password corresponding to the mentioned host server username.
      • Sender Email Address - The email address that will be used as the sender's email address when sending invitations to users.
      • Email Template - The body of the email that will be sent to the user.
    • Policy Agreement - This is the policy that will be shown to BYOD users when they attempt to register with EMM.
  3. Click Save.
