Before accessing the EMM Consoles (MDM and MAM Consoles), we highly recommend that you change the default super tenant administrator password. Thereafter, the super tenant administrator can log into the MDM/MAM Console to assign permissions to the "mdmadmin" role. The login process is handled by SSO, as a result you have to only log in once to access all the EMM Consoles. The user authentication process is handled through a user store that is connected to the EMM server.

Logging into EMM

  1. Start the server and access the Enterprise Mobility Manager Console URL as follows: http://localhost:9443/

  2. Click on the respective MDM/MAM link to access the MDM/MAM Consoles.

  3. Enter the username. The super tenant administrator has to use admin@admin.com as his/her username. While, the end-user has to use the email address, to which the registration invitation was received.

  4. Enter the password. The super tenant administrator has to use admin as the password. While, the end-user has to use the default password that was sent via email.

  5. Click Sign In. The MDM/MAM Console will change, based on the permissions assigned to the user.

Logging out of EMM

On the Welcome tab in the MDM/MAM Console, click Sign out.
