ServiceNow Connector

The ServiceNow connector allows you to access the ServiceNow REST API through WSO2 ESB. ServiceNow is a software platform that supports IT service management and automates common business processes. This software as a service (SaaS) platform contains a number of modular applications that can vary by instance and user.

Getting started

To get started, go to Configuring ServiceNow Operations.

For general information on using connectors and their operations in your ESB configurations, see Using a Connector. To download the connector, go to https://store.wso2.com/store/assets/esbconnector/servicenow , click the ServiceNow connector, and then click Download Connector. Then add and enable the connector in your ESB instance.
