Installing the Product

This section covers information on installing WSO2 Stream Processor.

If the installation prerequisites are satisfied, follow the steps below:

Go to the WSO2 Analytics and Stream Processing product page and download the product installer (click Installer pkg).
Double-click to open the installation wizard that guides you through the installation. Once you finish, the product is installed and ready for use.

Let's call the installation location of your product the <SP_HOME> directory. This is located in a place specific to your OS as shown below:

Mac OS	`/Library/WSO2/StreamProcessor/4.4.0`
Windows	`C:\Program Files\WSO2\StreamProcessor\4.4.0\`
Ubuntu	`/usr/lib/wso2/StreamProcessor/4.4.0`
CentOS	`/usr/lib64/StreamProcessor/4.4.0`

To remove an already installed product, follow the instructions below:

Mac OS	Open a terminal and run the following command as the root user: `sudo bash /Library/WSO2/StreamProcessor/4.4.0/uninstall.sh`
Windows	Go to the Start Menu -> Programs -> WSO2 -> Uninstall Stream Processor 4.4.0, or search for Uninstall Stream Processor 4.4.0 and click the shortcut icon. This uninstalls the product from your computer.
Ubuntu	Open a terminal and run the following command: `sudo apt-get purge wso2sp-4.4.0`
CentOS	Open a terminal and run the following command: `sudo yum remove wso2sp-4.4.0-x86_64`
