Editing Modules

WSO2 products provide the capabilities of Axis2 to add modules to extend them. Follow the instructions below to modify the policy and parameters of modules.

1. Log on to the product's management console and select List under Modules.

2. On the Deployed modules page, locate the necessary module to be edited and click on it. For example,

Editing Module Parameters

4. Once the user clicked the Edit Module Parameters link in the Module Information page, the Module Parameters page appears. Here you can edit the parameters using XML.

5. Use the Add New button to add more parameters to your module.

6. Enter the new parameter's name into the field and click OK to continue.

7. Define a parameter's value in the <parameter> element and click on the Update button to apply the alterations.

Editing Module Policies

4. Once the user clicked the Edit Module Policies link in the Module Information page, the Policy Editor window appears. Modify configuration of the policy using XML in the Policy Editor.

5. You can also switch to the Design View for that purpose by clicking on the Design View tab.

6. The Tree Nodes page appears. For more operations, right click the Tree Nodes in the panel below. Following operations are available:

  • Open link in new tab
  • Open link in new window
  • Bookmark this link
  • Save link as
  • Send link
  • Copy link location
  • Inspect element

7. Once you have modified the policy, click on the Save Policy button to apply the alterations.
