Searching and Sorting Devices
Search for devices
Follow the instructions given below to search for specific devices:
- Sign in to the EMM console and click the menu icon.
- Click Device Management.
- Search for devices using the search bar.
Advanced search devices
Follow the instructions below to search devices in a more detailed manner:
- Sign in to the EMM console and click the menu icon.
- Click Device Management.
- Click ADVANCED SEARCH.
- Search for devices.
- To search for devices via the location, enter the location details and click Search.
To search using other options, click Add a custom search parameter, enter the required fields, and click Search.
Field Description State There can be many search options as shown in the sample JSON definition. The field that connects the independent search is known as state

 : Defines if you want the search result has to match all the search conditions provided.OR
 : Defines if you want the search result to match either of the search conditions provided.
Key The feature code. You can assign the following feature codes as the value for key. DEVICE_MODEL
: The model of the device.VENDOR
: The name of the Android device vendor.OS_VERSION
: The version of the device operating system.BATTERY_LEVEL
: The current level of the device battery.INTERNAL_TOTAL_MEMORY
: The total capacity of the internal memory available in the device.INTERNAL_AVAILABLE_MEMORY

: The total capacity of the external memory available in the device.EXTERNAL_AVAILABLE_MEMORY

Filter devices
Follow the instructions below to filter devices:
- Sign in to the EMM console and click the menu icon.
- Click Device Management.
- Filter the devices based on the following criteria:
- By Device Model and Vendor - Filter devices based on the model and vendor (example: Nokiia)
- By Owner - Filter devices based on a specific username (example: Bob).
- By Status - Filter based on the ACTIVE or INACTIVE status.
- By Platform - Filter devices based on the mobile platform (i.e., Android, iOS, Windows).
- By Ownership - Filter device based on the ownership type (example: BYOD).
Sorting devices
Follow the instructions below to sort devices:
- Sign in to the EMM console and click the menu icon.
- Click Device Management.
- Click the sort icon.
- Sort the devices using the following options:
