Adding a New Version of an Asset

WSO2 G-Reg Publisher allows you to have upgraded assets as and when newer versions are released. For this purpose, it offers you the artifact versioning feature, where you can add newer versions of the assets that are already available via the Publisher.

Follow the instructions below to add a new version of an asset.

  1. Log in to the G-Reg Publisher using the following URL and admin/admin credentials:  https://<G-REG_HOST>:<G-REG_PORT>/publisher
  2. Search and locate the asset. For instructions, see Searching for an Asset in Store.
  3. Click on the asset.
  4. Click Version.

  5. Enter the new version for the asset as shown below.

    You need to specify a unique version.

  6. Click Create. 
    You view the following message upon successful creation of the new version of the asset.
