About this Release

What is new in this release

WSO2 CEP version 4.1.0 is the successor of version 4.0.0. It contains the following new features and enhancements.

• Improvements to the Siddhi Query Language.
• Introduction of Event Metrics to allow in-depth monitoring of throughput, latency and memory usage of WSO2 CEP.
• The possibility to pause, restart and stop the event simulator.
• The possibility to have more than two CEP nodes in an HA (High Availability) deployment.

Compatible WSO2 product versions

The following products were tested for compatibility with WSO2 CEP 4.1.0.

• Data Analytics Server 3.0.1
• Enterprise Service Bus 4.9.0
• Machine Learner 1.1.0
• Message Broker 3.1.0
• Identity Server 5.1.0

What is changed in this release

• The Event Statistics monitoring feature is replaced by Event Metrics.

Fixed issues

This release includes several bug fixes.
