  1. Unregister the device from EMM.

  2. Go to Settings on In Settings, tap Applications or Application Manager on your device. Tap Security or Location & Security This may differ based on your device. The caption of the security option will vary from device-to-device.

  3. Tap Device Administrators on your device.

  4. Uncheck the checkbox against WSO2 Agent. Now you will be allowed to uninstall the WSO2 Agent application as usual.

  5. Click Uninstall to uninstall the WSO2 Agent application

    If your device has the Applications menu, tap Manage Applications; otherwise directly move to step 3.

  6. Tap WSO2 Agent to select the Android agent application.

  7. Tap Uninstall.
