Uninstalling the Android

Follow the instructions below to uninstall the Android Agent:
In Settings, tap Applications or Application Manager on your device. This may differ based on your device. If your device has the Applications menu, tap Manage Applications, otherwise directly move to step 3.
Tap WSO2 Agent to select the Android agent app.
Tap Uninstall.
Uninstalling the iOS

Follow the instructions below to uninstall the iOS Agent:
Locate the iOS Agent agent app on your device.
- Tap and hold down the icon of the iOS Agent agent app. After a few seconds, all the apps in your iPhone will start wiggling and a tiny "X" icon will appear beside them. Note that the "X" icon will not appear beside the apps that came with the device.
- Press the "X" icon that appears beside the iOS Agent agent app. A message-box will appear.
- Tap Delete. The iOS Agent agent app will be removed.
- Press the home button to go back to the normal screen. The home button is the circular button that appears below the touch screen.
