What is new in this release

WSO2 Carbon 4.4.0 is the successor of Carbon 4.3.0. This release includes the following features:

  •  Java7/Java8 support - The new kernel can now be compiled and run on both Java7 and Java8. See the installation prerequisites.
  • Tomcat upgrade - Tomcat is upgraded to version 7.0.59. 
  • Tenant Eager Loading - WSO2 Carbon Kernel can now be configured to load a specified set of tenants when the server starts.
