EMM users can rate applications (apps) via the Store, while the average of the overall user rating will be shown as the app rating. If required, the users can remove the rating that they gave an app.
Rating a mobile app
Follow the instructions below to rate a mobile app:
Click on the Mobile Apps tab in the Store.
- Search for the mobile app and click on the selected mobile app.
- Click on the respective star to rate the mobile app.
For example, if you click on the 3rd star you will be rating the mobile app as a 3 star mobile app. Each time a user rates a specific mobile app the rating counter increments.
Removing a mobile app rating
Follow the instructions below to remove your rating on a mobile app:
Click on the Mobile Apps tab in the Store.
- Search for the mobile app and click on the selected mobile app.
- Click the Cancel Rating link as shown below:
