You can set checkpoints to a lifecycle of an asset in WSO2 G-Reg, to let you know the amount of hours spent on the development of a specific asset and calculate how much more time you have to deliver it. This is a very useful feature to calculate the approximate amount of time/money that was saved or spent.
When you define the state duration a lifecycle, you view the current time duration of the lifecycle state of the asset in the G-Reg Publisher. For example, you view the current state duration of the Deprecated state of the BuyMoreLifecycle as shown below.
You can add checkpoints to the lifecycle configuration to view duration periods in different colors. For example, you view the first 24 hours duration of the Obsolete state in red color in the asset detail page of G-Reg Publisher as shown below.
Also, you view the checkpoint color as you defined in list asset page of G-Reg Publisher as shown below.
