The Zendesk connector allows you to access the exposed  Zendesk v2 API through the WSO2 ESB. Many businesses use the Zendesk API to automate and enhance their customer support.

Getting started

To get started, go to Configuring Zendesk Operations. 

Additional information

For general information on using connectors and their operations in your ESB configurations, see Using a Connector . To download the connector, go to https://store.wso2.com/store/assets/esbconnector/zendesk , and click Download Connector. Then you can add and enable the connector  in your ESB instance.  

Supported ESB Version

WSO2 ESB 4.9.0 supports this connector. You can download WSO2 ESB 4.9.0 from here.
