Before accessing the EMM Consoles (EMM Console, Publisher and Store), we highly recommend that you change the default super tenant administrator password. Thereafter, the super tenant administrator can log into the EMM Console to assign permissions to the emmadmin role. The login process is handled by SSO, as a result you have to only log in once to access all the EMM Consoles. The user authentication process is handled through a user store that is connected to the EMM server.

Logging into EMM

  1. Start the server and access the Enterprise Mobility Manager Console URL as follows: http://localhost:9443/

  2. Enter the username. The super tenant administrator has to use admin as his/her username. While, the end-user has to use the username that was sent via the registration invitation email.

  3. Enter the password. The super tenant administrator has to use admin as the password. While, the end-user has to use the default password that was sent via registration invitation email.

  4. Click Sign In. The EMM Console will change, based on the permissions assigned to the user.

Logging out of EMM

On the Welcome tab in the EMM Console, click Sign out.
