Multiple tenants can use WSO2 EMM; while, maintaining tenant based isolation. The iOS settings page enables tenants to customize the iOS settings based on their own requirements.


Adding iOS settings

Follow the instructions below to add iOS settings:

  1. Create an iOS APNS certificate.
  2. Create an iOS MDM certificate.
  3. On the Configurations tab in the EMM Console, click Settings.
  4. Enter the following iOS settings:
    • iOS SCEP Certificate Configurations

      • Email

      • Country (C)

      • State (ST)

      • Locality (L)

      • Organization (O)

      • Organization Unit (OU)

    • iOS MDM Configurations - The details with respect to the iOS MDM APNS certificate need to be added. For more information, see Generating a MDM APNS Certificate.
      • MDM Certificate - Select the iOS MDM APNS certificate that was previously created.
      • MDM Certificate Password - The password that was used when converting the MDM certificate .pem file to the .pfx file.
      • MDM Certificate Topic ID - The USERID mentioning in the MDM signing certificate.
      • Mode - The available modes have been explained as follows:
        • Production - Use this option if you are configuring EMM for a production environment.
        • Developer - Use this option if you are configuring EMM for a testing environment.
    • iOS APNS Configurations - The details with respect to the iOS APNS certificate need to be added. For more information, see Generating an APNS Certificate.
      • APNS Certificate - Select the APNS certificate that was previously created.
      • APNS Certificate Password - Enter the password provided when exporting the iOS APNS certificate.
      • Mode - The available modes have been explained as follows:
        • Production - Use this option if you are configuring EMM for a production environment.
        • Developer - Use this option if you are configuring EMM for a testing environment.
  5. Click Save.
