Axis2 services can be deployed to a running Carbon instance as archive files, given that the required features are installed. You can bundle all your service-related resources, service classes, and third-party libraries and then deploy the archive file in a running Carbon instance. Some of these Axis2 service archives might require additional libraries, which need to be shared between multiple service archives. The "Axis2 Repository Manager" provides the ability to upload these common libraries to the Axis2 Repository and remove uploaded/shared libraries that are no longer necessary.  

The repository manager functionality is provided by the following feature in the WSO2 feature repository:

Identifier : org.wso2.carbon.repomanager.axis2.feature.group

If data repository management capability is not included in your product by default, you can add it by installing the above feature using the instructions given in section, Feature Management .
