Accessing Applications

Follow the instructions below to view and manage different kinds of deployed Web applications. 

1. Log on to the product's management console and select "List" under "Applications."

2. The "Running Applications" page appears which lists out all the currently running applications by default. For example,

The "Running Applications" page provides the following information.

Information Bar

This pane shows the number of running applications.

Search

A running application can be searched by its,

  • State 
  • Type 
  • Name or part of its name

Toolbar

The toolbar allows to select all/none of the applications. It also provides options to delete, expire, reload or stop the applications if their current status is "Started".

  • Select all in this page - Allows to mark all running applications.
  • Select none - Allows to remove marks from all running applications.
  • Delete - Allows to delete all selected applications.
  • Expire - Allows to expire all selected applications.
  • Reload - Allows to reload all selected applications.
  • Stop - Allows to stop all selected applications.

If the status of the application is "Stopped" then the Toolbar offers the following options.

  • Select all in this page - Allows to mark all stopped applications.
  • Select none - Allows to remove marks from all stopped applications.
  • Delete - Allows to delete all selected applications.
  • Start - Allows to start all selected applications that are currently stopped.

The "Applications" List

  • Checkboxes - Allows to mark an application to carryout any of the operations listed in the Toolbar section.
  • Context - The context of the application. 
  • Display Name - Displays the application's name.
  • State - Whether the application is started or stopped.
  • Type - The application type.
  • Sessions - Number of running instances of the application.
  • File - The .war archive file of the application.
  • Last Modified - The date and time of the most recent modification of the application.
  • Actions - Allows to test your application and check if it provides the desired output.
  • Download - Downloads the sample file.
