Using the Pop-Uup Dialog After Saving the Script
1. Log in to the BAM management console and select "Analytics -> Add" in the "Main" menu.
2. The script editor opens. Add the script and click "Save" button.
3. A dialog box pops up asking if you like to schedule the script.
4. The "Schedule Script Execution" window opens.
The "Schedule Script Execution" window can be accessed using any of the above three methods. Once the window opens, there are two ways to specify the scheduling interval for the script to run. They are as follows:
Cron Expression
This is more flexible since Cron allows for fine-grained interval and scheduling specifications. For more information, refer to Quartz documentation here:http://quartz-scheduler.org/documentation/quartz-1.x/tutorials/crontrigger.
Simple Scheduling
This can be used to specify common scheduling schemes.
