Creating a WSO2 plug-in

Follow the steps below to create a WSO2 plug-in.

1. Click File > New > Other > WSO2 > WSO2 Plug-in Project and create a new plug-in project called com.wso2.sample.plugin.
   
   

2. Click Update Plug-in template to import more templates to select in the wizard. 

3. Select a template for development. For the purposes of this example, we will work with the single module project as it has all the WSO2 specific features. 

   You can implement the required functionality as multiple plug-ins by selecting the Multi Module Project template.

   
   

4. A folder structure is created as shown below.
