Installing and Reinstalling Mobile Apps

EMM users can install and uninstall mobile applications (apps) via the Store. The EMM user's My Apps page displays all the apps that the individual user subscribed to. If required, EMM users also can reinstall apps on other devices that belong to them.

Installing a mobile app

Follow the instructions below to install a mobile app:

  1. Click on the Mobile Apps tab in the Store.

  2. Search for the mobile app and click on the selected mobile app.
  3. Click Install. The list of enrolled devices will appear.
  4. Select the device on which you wish to install the mobile app. The mobile apps that are currently installed will appear bookmarked.

Re-installing an uninstalling a mobile app

Follow the instructions below to re-install an uninstalled mobile app:

  1. Click on the Mobile Apps tab in the Store.

  2. Click My Apps.
  3. Search for the mobile app.
  4. Click Re-install. Your list of enrolled devices will appear.
  5. Select the devices on which you want to install the mobile app.
