Working with Reports
WSO2 EMM uses reports to allow the users to gain insight into EMM. The default reports that are provided are as follows:
- All registered devices
- Device compliance monitoring
- Top 10 applications for a given platform
- Installed applications summary for a given user
Viewing the all registered devices report
Follow the instructions below to view the all registered devices report
- Click Reports in the EMM Console.
- Click View corresponding to the all registered devices report.
- Select a start date for the time duration of the report.
- Select an end date for the time duration of the report.
- Optionally, select a mobile platform. If a specific platform is not selected, the report will display results respective to both the platforms: Android and iOS.
- Click Find. EMM will display the report based on the criteria that you entered.
Viewing the device compliance monitoring report
Follow the instructions below to view the device compliance monitoring report
- Click Reports in the EMM Console.
- Click View corresponding to the all registered devices report.
- Select a start date for the time duration of the report.
- Select an end date for the time duration of the report.
- Optionally, select a compliance monitoring status. If a specific status is not selected, the report will include all the device compliance monitoring data irrespective of the status within the specified time period.
- Click Find. EMM will display the report based on the criteria that you entered.
Viewing the top 10 applications for a given platform report
Follow the instructions below to view the top 10 applications for a given platform report
- Click Reports in the EMM Console.
- Click View corresponding to the op 10 applications for a given platform report.
- Select a mobile platform. If a specific platform is not selected, the report will display results respective to both the platforms: Android and iOS.
- Click Find. EMM will display the report based on the criteria that you entered.
Viewing the installed applications summary for a given user report
Follow the instructions below to view the installed applications summary for a given user report
- Click Reports in the EMM Console.
- Click View corresponding to the installed applications summary for a given user report.
- Enter user's username.
- Click Find. EMM will display the report based on the criteria that you entered.
