The following sections describe how you can unregister devices based on the various mobile operating systems:

Unregistering an iOS-based device

Follow the instructions below to unregister an iOS-based device:

  1. Open the native iOS application.
  2. Tap Unregister to unregister your device from EMM.

Unregistering an Android-based device

Follow the instructions below to unregister an Android-based device:

  1. Open the native Android application and tap Unregister to unregister your device from EMM.
  2. Tap Yes to confirm and proceed with the unregistering process.

Unregistering an Windows-based device

Follow the instructions below to unregister an Windows-based device:

  1. Open the native Windows application.

  2. Tap the delete icon.

  3. Tap delete to confirm that you want to unregister the device.

The native Workplace application will inform you the conditions that apply if you are unregistering the device.

You cannot uninstall the Workplace application as it is a Windows system application.
