Defining User's Roles

You can define new roles for a user according to the requirements in the Management Console.

Follow the instructions below to change the user's role.

1. Log in to the Management Console.
2. In the Main menu, click Users and Roles.
   
3. Click Users.
    
4. In the Users list, locate the user whose role you want to change and click the corresponding Roles link.
5. The Role List of User window opens. It contains the information about the roles assigned to that user. Select the role you want to assign using the check boxes (or abolish the selection of assigned ones).
   
6. Click Update.
7. The user role is changed. The program goes back to the user menu.
