Downloading Applications via the App Catalog Application

Using the app catalog application you are able to check for applications that are made available in the Organizations App store, and install them on your device.

Follow the steps given below to install the app catalog application on your device via the app store and through it install the other applications required for work:

Prerequisite
  1. Install the app catalog application on your device from the App store: https://<IoT_HOST>:9443/store

    You need to log in as a user with the internal/subscriber role to install mobile apps.

    1. Log in to the App Store using the following URL: https://<IoTS_HOST>:9443/store/

    2. Click on the mobile app that you wish to install, and click Install.
    3. Click on the preferred device in the pop-up menu to install and subscribe to the app.
      A success message will be shown when you have successfully subscribed to the application.

    4. Optionally, you can schedule an application installation, if you have installed the system service application on your device.
      1. Clear the Instant Install check box.
      2. Enter a date and time to schedule the installation.
      3. Click Yes.
  2. Tap on the app catalog application to open it, once it's successfully installed.
    You will be navigated to the WSO2 Android agent and the available applications will be displayed.
  3. Tap INSTALL to start installing the application or tap on the application to proceed to the application details screen.
    In the application details screen, you will get more information on the application. 
    1. Check out the app functionality via the screenshots.
    2. Tap INSTALL to install the application.
    3. Tap READ MORE for more information on the application.
