Tenant Management via UI
Adding a new tenant
Follow the instructions below to add a new tenant:
- Navigate to the Tenant Mgt tab and click Add New Tenant.
- Enter the domain name given to the tenant. The domain name should be unique across the PaaS deployment.
- Click Check Availability. You will receive an immediate message stating whether the domain that you entered already exists or whether it is available.
- Optionally, select the validate your domain now check-box. This is used to verify the top-level domain (TLD).
- Select the usage plan.
- Enterprise - This usage plan is used for production deployments.
- Demo - Â This usage plan is used for testing purposes.
- Enter your contact details.
- Click Add new Tenant to create the tenant.
Activating multiple tenants
Follow the instructions below to activate tenants:
- Navigate to the Tenant Mgt tab.
- Select on the respective tenant check-boxes.
- Click Activate.
Deactivating multiple tenants
Follow the instructions below to deactivate multiple tenants:
- Navigate to the Tenant Mgt tab.
- Select on the respective tenant check-boxes.
- Click Deactivate.
Activating or deactivating a tenant
Follow the instructions below to activate or deactivate a tenant:
- Navigate to the Tenant Mgt tab.
- Click on the respective tenant's status icon. If the tenant's status is currently activated, it will get deactivated when his/her status icon is clicked and wise versa.Â
