Cartridge Subscription Workflows

When subscribing to a single tenant cartridge, the cartridge instance will be spawned only when a tenant user subscribes to the cartridge. Whereas, with multi-tenant cartridges the cartridge instance will be spawned at service deployment. Therefore, the workflows will vary when subscribing to a single tenant cartridge and a multi-tenant cartridge as described the following sections:
