Resetting User Passwords

If you need to change a user's password, you can do so easily in the Management Console. See more information in Users and Roles.
Follow the instructions below to change the password of a user.
1. Sign in. Enter your user name and password to log on to the Management Console.
2. Click the "Configure" button to access the "Configure" menu.
3. In the "Configure" menu of "Management Console," click the "Users and Roles" button to access the "Users" page.
4. Click on the "Users" link in the "User Management" page.
5. Locate the user whose password you want to change, and click on the associated "Change Password" link.
6. The "Change Password" window appears. Populate the required fields and click "Change."
7. A window displays notifying you that the current user's password has been changed. Click "OK."
