Enterprise Store allows admin users to offer their customers upgraded assets as and when newer versions are released. For this purpose, the Enterprise Store (ES) offers the users the artifact versioning feature, where they can add newer versions of the assets that are already available via the Store Back Office (Publisher).
Follow the instructions below add a newer version of an asset:
- Sign into the Store Back Office (Publisher).
Click the asset type button.
- Click on the asset type you wish to add. For example, if you wish to add a gadget, click Gadgets.
- Click on the respective asset that you wish.
- Click Copy.
- Enter the new version.
- Click Create. The link to access the newly created version of the asset will be given to you.
- Click Edit and edit the asset as required. For more information, see steps 6 & 7 in Editing an Asset.
