To enable Java Management Extensions (JMX) support for Governanace Registry in the following configuration at [CARBON_HOME]/repository/conf/registry.xml, the parameter enabled should be set to true in the jmx element. 


<jmx enabled="true">
        <service name="InvocationStatistics" enabled="true"/>
        <service name="Activities" enabled="true"/>
        <service name="Properties" enabled="true"/>
        <service name="Subscriptions" enabled="true"/>
        <service name="Events" enabled="true"/>
    </jmx>

It is important to restart the server after a configuration change.
