Managing Gadgets in a Dashboard

This section explains how a gadget can be managed after it is added to a dashboard.

The following tool bar is available for each gadget that is added to a dashboard.

Each icon can be used as follows.

Icon	Purpose
	To view information about the gadget in a tool tip.
	To enable the gadget to be moved within the layout by being dragged and dropped to the relevant grid.
	To view the settings of the gadget in a side panel as shown below. The settings that can be edited in this panel are as follows. Data Source: The path to the file which is used as the datasource of the gadget. Update Interval: The time interval at which the gadget should be updated with the latest events received. The length of the time interval is specified in seconds. Title: The title of the gadget. Title Position: This parameter specifies how the gadget title should be aligned. Possible options are Left, Center and Right. Height: This parameter specifies the height of the gadget in pixels. Borders: If this checkbox is selected, the gadget will be marked with a border in the dashboard.
	To remove the gadget from the layout.
