Editing Modules

WSO2 products provide the capabilities of Axis2 to add modules to extend them. The steps below explain how to modify the policy and parameters of modules.

1. Log on to the product's management console and select List under Modules.
2. The Deployed Modules page opens. Click on the module you want to edit. For example,

Using these links, you can,

Editing module parameters

1. Click the Edit Module Parameters link.
2. The edit page opens. You can edit the existing parameters using XML or add more parameters to your module using the Add New button.
3. Enter the new parameter's name and a value in the <parameter> element and click Update to apply the alterations.

Editing module policies

1. Click the Edit Module Policies link.
2. The Policy Editor page opens. You can edit the policy using XML in Source View or the Design View. For example,
   
3. In the Design View, if you right-click in the tree nodes, the following editing options appear:
   
   • Open link in new tab
   • Open link in new window
   • Bookmark this link
   • Save link as
   • Send link
   • Copy link location
   • Inspect element
   
4. After modifying the policy, click the Save Policy button to apply the alterations.
