Inviting Users

Follow the instructions below to invite selected users:

  1. Sign in to the EMM console.

  2. Click View under USERS to view the list of users.

    For more information see, viewing users.

  3. Search for users you wish to invite, select them by clicking the respective users and click Invite Selected.

    An invitation will be sent to the selected user/s, only if the email client has been configured prior to carrying out this action. For more information on configuring the email client see, general server configurations.

    Click Yes to confirm.

What's next

The user you invited will get a mail with the username, password, and the URL to download the EMM agent onto their device. For more information on how the device owner registers the device with WSO2 EMM, see Registering a Device.
