Updating a Lifecycle

Follow the instructions below to view and edit a lifecycle:

A lifecycle can not be edited if it is currently in use.

  1. Access the ES Management Console.

  2. Navigate to the Extensions tab.
  3. Under Configure, click on Lifecycles. The currently added lifecycles appear.
     
  4. Click View/Edit in the action column corresponding to the lifecycle. 
  5. Update the lifecycle as required. For more information, see Defining a Lifecycle.
  6. Click Save.
