Managing User's Profile

You can manage user's profile from the Governance Registry Management Console.

Follow the instructions below manage user's profile data.

1. Sign in. Enter your user name and password to log on to the Governance Registry Management Console.

2. Click the "Configure" button to access the "Configure" menu.

3. In the "Configure" menu of "Management Console," click the "Users and Roles" button to access the "User Management" page.

4. Click on the "Users" link to access the "Users" list.

5. Locate the necessary user and click on the associated "User Profile" link.

6. Click on the profile's name in the "User Profiles" list.

7. Populate the following fields with the personal information:

  • First Name - The user's first name.
  • Last Name - The user's last name.
  • Organization - The organization user works win.
  • Address - The user's local address.
  • Country - The name of the country user lives/works in.
  • Email - The user's e-mail address.
  • Telephone - The user's phone number.
  • Mobile - The user's mobile number.
  • IM - The user's personal e-mail address.
  • URL - The users site address.

8. Click on the "Update" button.

9. Click "OK" in the "WSO2 Carbon" confirmation window.

Tip

You can delete a profile clicking on the "Delete" link.

Tip

Users can also access their profiles from the "My Identity" menu. Click on the "My Profiles" link under "My Identity" in the "Main" menu and you will see "User Profiles" list described above.
