Resetting User's Password

If there is a need to change user's password, you can do it easily in the Management Console. See more information in Users and Roles.
Follow the instructions below to change the password of a user.
1. Sign in. Enter your user name and password to log on to the Management Console.
2. Click the "Configure" button to access the "Configure" menu.
3. In the "Configure" menu of "Management Console," click the "Users and Roles" button to access the "Users" page.
4. Click on the "Users" link in the "User Management" page.
5. Locate the necessary user and click on the "Change Password" link associated with a certain user.
6. The "Change Password" window appears. Populate the required fields and click "Change."
7. A notification displays that the current user's password has been changed. Click "OK."
