Integrate REST API with lightweight API Manager

The WSO2 Governance Registry REST API has been integrated with WSO2 API Manager capabilities such as OAuth 2.0 access token validation, Throttling and WSO2 BAM statistics monitoring. The Registry REST API is secured with OAuth access token. Therefore the Registry REST API should be published as follows. Once the REST API has published, it will be available to subscribers to subscribe and use at the API Store. Therefore the governance registry users can subscribe and use it to access the Registry resource.
