Subscribe to REST API

To subscribe to REST API:

1. In the Governance Registry Management Console, click the Main tab and then click Manage > Applications > List. This displays a page that shows all the running applications under the Running Applications menu.
   
2. Click on the /productapistore context. The Application Dashboard page for /productapistore appears. Click on /productapistore in the Application Details table.
3. Next, click the Sign-up link that appears in the top, right-hand corner of the window. Fill the sign-up form that appears and click the Submit button. When the user signs up, the user is assigned to a default subscriber role as illustrated. This role has the permission to subscribe and consume APIs.
   
4. Login to the API store by clicking the Login tab at the top of the page. Select an added resource API from the left side panel and click on it. This opens the subscription page.
   
   
5. Select an application from the Applications drop-down list. You can choose a default application or create one as shown below.
   
6. Select the added application from the above drop-down list and select the tier from the tier drop-down list. Next click on the Subscribe button. You are directed to another page where you can generate the access token.
   
7. Click on the Generate button to generate the access token.
