Managing Dashboard Pages

In this section we are going to look at

We assume that you have already followed Creating New Dashboards section and have already created a dashboard.

If you clicked the Back button from the Dashboard Designer and in the Dashboard Listing page, click on Design button of your dashboard to edit the previously created dashboard.

How to add multiple pages to a dashboard

  1. Click on Page icon in the left panel.



    Your dashboard already have one page which by default is called Home page and you can change the URL and Title of the Home page from left panel.

  2. You can add a new page to your dashboard by clicking on CREATE PAGE button. 
    After creating the new page, you can drag and drop widgets to the newly created page from the widgets listing. 
    Similar to the Home page, you can modify the default URL and Title of the newly added page.

    Make sure that you click on SAVE PAGE button to save the changes you did to newly created page.

How to mark a desired page as landing page

Landing page (also known as Home Page) of a dashboard is the page that you wish to see first when viewing that particular dashboard. If you access the dashboard url without specifying a page, you will be shown the page that is marked as landing page. 

Delete pages from a dashboard

An already created page in the dashboard can be deleted by clicking on the DELETE button in the left page panel.

Note that you will not be allowed to delete the page which is marked as the Home Page. If you wish to delete the page marked as Home Page, then you need to choose a different page as the Home Page first.
