Defining User Role

You can define new roles for a user according to the requirements in the ESB Management Console.

Follow the instructions below to change the user role.

1. Sign in. Enter your user name and password to log on to the ESB Management Console.

2. From the left navigation menu, select "Users and Roles."

3. In the "Users" list find the user whose role you want to change. For example, "user1." Click "Roles."

4. The "Roles List of User" window opens. It contains the information about the roles assigned to that user.

5. Select the roles you want to assign in the checkboxes.

6. Click "Update."

6. The user role is changed. The program goes back to the user menu.
